Kathy Ponder Blog: Summer fun underway at Summit
As the temperature rises so does the fun at Summit School!
We have themes each week for all of Summit’s children from infants through our grade school campers.
The next six weeks’ themes are:
June 29 — Olympics
July 6 — Pirates
July 13 — Wet N Wild
July 20 — Halloween in July
July 27 — Dr Seuss & Charles Schulz
Aug 3 — Kid’s Cooking
As a part of our Olympics week we will taking a special field trip to have a mini-parade for the residents at Aftenro Home.
We are thrilled with the building and grounds renovations and improvements that are taking place this summer due to dedicated grants. We have a new chain link fence and established two large shade umbrellas on our playgrounds. We are in the midst of our new sprinkler installation.
We are proud that we continue to provide quality education and childcare in a safe environment.
Summit does have a few openings available for our weekly summer camps. We are nearly full for our child care, preschool and kindergarten for the fall. Call today to arrange a tour: 218.724.3133
