Ness to deliver next State of the City on video
Duluth Mayor Don Ness (right) will deliver his second of three 100-day State of the City updates to citizens via video on Tuesday, July 8.
The presentation will be the July taping of Mayor Ness’ PACT-TV show, entitled “Duluth – This Is Your City”. The show is produced by PACT.
“Our first update, corresponding with my first 100 days, was a detailed assessment of many issues facing the city,” Ness said. “The report on July 8 will give an update on many of these issues as well as insight into the strategies city administration is developing to address them.”
A third presentation will be made in early September dealing with the city budget. The culmination of the four reports, which began with the mayor’s inaugural address, will give citizens detailed insight on the state of the city and efforts of the Ness Administration to deal with pressing issues.
As before, elements of the presentation will be available for download on the city’s website at www.duluthmn.gov after the presentation is taped. PACT-TV will run the presentation as part of its regular cablecast schedule throughout July.
